The skin care menu centers on facials that are customized to each client's skin, with a deep cleanse, exfoliation and a mask. Options include the Classic Glow, the Acne Glow with extractions and high frequency therapy, the Fresh Back Glow, the Resurface Glow with microdermabrasion, and the Bright Glow with dermaplaning. Brow services include precise waxing with brow mapping, a semi-permanent tint that colors only the hairs, a brow stain that colors both hairs and skin, and brow lamination that lifts and sets the hairs. Lash services include lash lifts with or without tint, a Korean lash lift, classic, hybrid and foreign-set lash extensions with fills, extension removal, and a virtual consultation covering style, length, curl, density and mapping.

Waxing covers the face, arms, back, chest, stomach, underarms, legs, bikini area and nose. Brazilian, French bikini, bikini and butt waxes are offered only to individuals with female anatomy. Brazilian wax packages of three or five are available. Hairstyling and makeup can be booked for events.

Visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. A deposit is required to book and is applied to the service cost. Cancelling or rescheduling with at least 24 hours notice qualifies for a deposit refund, while later cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service cost. Clients more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and be charged in full, and a late arrival may shorten the service. Appointments on Sundays or after regular hours can be requested by email. Concerns about a service should be raised within 72 hours, and the business will try to fix them at no added cost.
