The facial menu runs from a 45-minute dermaplaning facial and a 40-minute mini facial up to a 50-minute facial with extractions when needed and a 75-minute luxury facial that adds a jelly mask, dermaplaning and a hydrating lip mask. Brow services include threading, waxing, tinting, combined thread-and-tint and wax-and-tint options, and brow lamination starting at $75, which sets brow hairs in place for a fuller look. Lash services include lash tints, hybrid and volume 2 and 3 week fills, hybrid and volume full sets, and an advanced Korean lash lift using keratin or hydrating products. Add-ons include LED therapy and a jelly mask.

Booking requires a card, and a non-refundable deposit is applied to the service total. Some services carry their own deposit, such as $15 for the facial and $50 for the microneedle package. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay and Cash App are accepted.

Changes need at least 48 hours notice; later cancellations are charged half the service, while cancellations within 24 hours and no-call, no-shows are charged the full booked service plus a card fee. Arriving 10 minutes late cancels the appointment with a charge of half the service. Refunds are not given, but clients who are unhappy are asked to say so so the studio can address it. Additional guests are not allowed at appointments.

Lash visits follow set timing: adjustments within 48 hours, fills for visits 10 to 21 days out, and a full set charged after 4 weeks. A fill needs at least half the existing set, and existing extensions from another artist are removed before a full set is applied. Clients with prior permanent makeup must book a consultation before service, and waxing is not done for clients on certain antibiotics or acne or skin medications, after sunburn, or with some skin conditions. The studio reserves the right to refuse service.
