The business was started with the aim of helping clients feel beautiful from the inside out. Services are grouped into eyelash extensions, lash lifts, brow lamination, brow and facial waxing, extras such as lash and brow tinting, makeup, and hair styling.

Appointments are booked online with a $50 non-refundable deposit that is paid in the booking section. Clients are asked to arrive on time, since late arrivals shorten their service. Cancellations need 24 hours notice; otherwise the full appointment amount is charged, and the same applies to no-call, no-show visits. A rescheduled appointment keeps its deposit toward the new date.
