The salon sits inside the Kingston 1686 House restaurant, about half a mile off Route 125. Enter through the restaurant's main entrance; the salon is the first door on the left. Parking is free, and the salon offers WiFi, a snack bar, beer and wine, and disabled access. The restaurant bar serves drinks from 4 PM until close. Services are by appointment, booked online or by phone, and same-day appointments can be requested by calling. Hours are Wednesday and Thursday 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM, with the salon closed Sunday through Tuesday. Clients travel from Fremont, Danville, Brentwood, East Kingston, Newton and other nearby towns.

Blonding and dimensional color are priced at a flat rate that includes a blow-dry, with no added fees. Traditional color and highlight services include a wash, blow-dry and style, and extra color or toner adds $20. Bridal work is done on-site for parties of up to five, and smaller bridal parties are served in the salon. Men's haircuts are traditional barber cuts with hot lather at the neck and ears and a hot towel, and the booking page lists them at no charge. First-time guests receive $20 off services over $40. Clients earn points toward future visits and extra points for referrals, and gift certificates are sold in person. Cancellations under 24 hours' notice and no-shows are charged half the reserved service price, and text and email reminders go out 24 hours ahead.
