Stylists are grouped into six levels, and prices rise with each level as experience grows. Level 1 stylists are recent graduates whose finished look is checked before the client leaves. Level 2 stylists have completed the salon's New Talent training, and Level 3 stylists have met further education and experience goals. Level 4 stylists mentor newer team members, Level 5 stylists are described as highly experienced with advanced cutting and color skills, and Level 6 is the top level, for stylists who keep learning. Haircut and blow-dry is priced from $42 to $67 and includes a wash, blow-dry and style. Girls' and boys' haircuts for ages 12 and under are $32 and $28 with any stylist, and junior girls' cuts start at $37. Balayage, blonding and highlight services run from about $79 to $320 depending on length and add-ons. The Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment is $265 and the Keratin Express Smoothing Blowout is $135. Prices are as posted and may change.

Free consultations are offered for hair goals, vivid and fashion color, corrective color, and extensions. Corrective color, which covers fixing previously colored hair or a large color change, requires a consultation first, and color correction is priced by the hour. A consultation does not guarantee a particular result. Complimentary coffee, espresso or wine may be offered, with wine for guests 21 and over and drinking optional.

The salon offers invisible bead extensions and hand-tied extensions. Hand-tied extensions use thin rows of hair sewn onto a beaded track, while invisible bead extensions are designed to stay hidden within the row, including when hair is in a ponytail or bun. The salon describes its IBE method as certified and done only by IBE-certified stylists. A consultation is required before a first install of either method. Move-up appointments, usually booked every six to eight weeks, are for clients who already own their extension hair, and one-row or two-row move-ups are available. Extension tape fashion color is $38 per sandwich, and clients are asked to call before booking to check stock.

The salon offers three membership tiers: Silver at $10 a month, Gold at $29 and Platinum at $35. None requires a long-term commitment or charges a joining fee. Silver and Gold each include one complimentary service a month, while Platinum includes two. All tiers provide 5% off services and products and let members roll over unused complimentary services. Family sharing extends only to immediate family members. Memberships can be started online or in person after a tour of the salon. Bookings can be made by phone, in the salon, or online through Booker. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours ahead carry no fee. Later cancellations and missed appointments may be charged 30% of the value of the booked service. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened or be moved to another stylist. First-time clients can book any service with Level 1, 2 or 3 stylists, but with Level 4 or 5 stylists they can book only extensions.
