The haircut menu runs from kids' and teen cuts through adult, curly, long and thick-hair cuts, with a transformation cut for big changes in length and an express dry cut that keeps existing shape without a wash. Color services include all-over color, foil highlights, a combined color and foil option, double process work and color correction. Henna is offered as a color on its own, paired with a cut, or applied at home without a dryer. The salon says its colors contain no ammonia, sodium lauryl sulfates or plastics, and that there are no toxic fumes in the salon.

Appointments are recommended, and walk-ins are welcome when the sandwich board is out. Same-day bookings depend on availability and are made by texting or calling the stylist directly. Color correction needs a consultation before it is booked. Late cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours may be charged up to the full service price. The salon is open every day of the week, with shorter hours on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
