Every visit begins with a thorough consultation about what the client likes about their hair. The salon takes a holistic approach, building a personal styling routine with products it describes as clean beauty, and it aims for results clients can recreate at home. New clients are asked to complete a questionnaire before their first visit and are matched with a stylist who has experience with their hair type. Clients can also book directly with a preferred stylist. Silent appointments are available for clients who prefer little conversation, and individually wrapped earplugs are provided.

Color is offered a la carte and does not include a cut, style or blow-dry, so a styling option needs to be chosen with any color service that has no haircut booked. Color work uses Wella Professional, and formulas are recorded in a computerized database to help keep results consistent. The salon says it invests in the newest color technology so that color services cause no damage, though that is the salon's own claim. Changing from one color to another is treated as a color correction, and corrections can take several appointments. Big changes, such as dark to light, are best preceded by a short consultation, and color booking requests should note the current color and the goal. Vivid and fantasy colors are priced at $125 per hour and require a consultation.

The Infinite Curls services are designed for curly-haired clients. A dry curly cut is recommended for clients whose hair is curly or wavy most of the time, and the cut is followed by a wash and styling lesson. Every curly cut includes a Curl Transformation: a botanical cleanse, conditioning and detangling, then styling. A first curly cut takes about 75 to 120 minutes including consultation, and returning clients need about 60 to 75 minutes. Curly clients should arrive with hair styled as they usually wear it, washed, styled and fully dried within 48 hours beforehand, and with no pins, braids or heavy oils.

Service prices are based on the stylist's experience and expertise, and gratuity is included in all pricing, so tipping is not expected. Services are by appointment only, though same-day openings may be available by text. Some services, including color treatments, may require a non-refundable deposit. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 to 48 hours' notice, and later changes carry a fee of 50% of the missed service cost. Arriving 15 minutes after a start time may mean the appointment cannot be served.
