The salon is open Monday through Thursday from 9am to 6pm, Friday from 9am to 5pm, and Saturday from 9am to 4pm, and is closed Sundays. Visits are by appointment only. Some services can be booked online with select stylists, but extension services must be booked by phone or text. New clients fill out an appointment request form, and the team replies within 24 to 48 hours so they can be matched with a stylist and service. Every extensions plan begins with a consultation, where the team learns about a guest's goals, lifestyle and the look they want before recommending anything.

Extensions are hand-tied from 100% human hair with no glue or tape, using a hidden bead method so the wefts lie flat and stay light. Each weft is hand-selected and custom colored when needed, and extensions are color-matched off the head. The salon keeps over 20 shades in stock, in 18-inch and 22-inch lengths, and can adjust length and density. K-Tip extensions allow targeted placement, such as framing the face or adding density near the part. The salon recommends move-up appointments every six to eight weeks and fresh extension hair every six to nine months.

Beyond extensions, the menu includes lived-in and dimensional color, the Gilded Signature Haircut, Signature Blowouts for existing color and extension clients, and Brazilian Blowouts, which are offered standalone or as an add-on. Haircuts are an add-on to a color or extension visit, or a standalone service for established clients only. The salon does not cut hair shorter than chin length and refers those guests elsewhere.

The salon takes time to learn each guest's goals, lifestyle and desired look before recommending services. Extension placement and strategy are chosen to fit each client's hair and result rather than a single method.
