The studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, and closed Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. Services range from a spa manicure with a collagen mask and massage to GelX and hard gel extensions, with fills booked a few weeks after a full set or mani.

Clients who want their nails reinforced or lengthened can choose between structured, hard gel and GelX options. Nail art comes in three levels, and cateye or chrome can be added to most services. Packages pair GelX with nail art or combine a structured mani with other steps.

Booking policies ask clients to arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean a reschedule and a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total, and changes need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid that fee. Services are not refunded once performed, and any issue reported within 72 hours of the appointment is fixed at no charge.

Children, extra guests and pets are not permitted because of space and safety. Inspiration photos should be sent through Instagram or text at least 48 hours before the appointment. Work done by another tech is not refilled; in that case a removal and full set is booked instead.

Nail health guides the work: damaged or compromised nails are not worked on, and services are refused when there are open wounds, infections or contagious conditions.
