Its menu centers on hair: blonding with highlights or balayage paired with a blowout or haircut, color services such as glosses, root touch-ups and all-over shades, haircuts for men and women by length, hair extensions, and treatments. Brow waxing and tinting are also offered.

Appointments are booked through Glossgenius. The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Free 30-minute consultations are available either in person at the studio or virtually, so clients can talk through their hair goals before booking. Deposits range from $20 to $150 depending on the service, and some new-client deposits differ from the standard amount. Cancellations or changes made more than 24 hours ahead are free, while changes within 24 hours carry a 50% service fee and no-shows are charged the full service price. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
