Scalp facials are a central part of the menu, with four options. A mini scalp facial is a 30-minute visit covering cleansing, exfoliation and treatment. The returning guest facial takes at least 75 minutes and includes a consultation, steam, exfoliant, cleanser, treatment and a neck massage. The first-time facial is 90 minutes and begins with an in-person consultation and a questionnaire. The after-sun facial is a 75-minute visit designed to restore hydration after sun, saltwater and chlorine exposure, using the Oway Sunway Hair Repair Duo. Blow-dries are not included in the facial prices.

Haircuts run from a 15-minute bang trim to a children's cut for clients 12 and under, a clipper cut, and a haircut and style that includes a blow-dry and takes 90 minutes or more. The intuitive haircut takes at least 105 minutes including a blow-dry and opens with a dry scalp massage. It can also include energy clearing with crystals, sound healing, energy work and aromatherapy. A sensory safe haircut is offered for clients who need a calmer, more预 planned visit, with a questionnaire about sensory needs and an optional meet-and-greet beforehand.

Before a visit, hair should arrive detangled, because detangling time comes out of the appointment. Locked, braided or extended hair is not accepted. Deposits are non-refundable and cancellations need 24 hours' notice. Appointments paid with a gift card are booked by call or text rather than online, since gift cards do not cover deposits and those fees are waived by hand. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Sponsorship options may be available for the sensory safe haircut when cost is a barrier.
