A visit typically starts with a consultation so the team can understand a client's current health and skin concerns. The team explains why a treatment or product is recommended, and the esthetician chooses the strength and formula of a chemical peel for each client.

Among the signature offerings is the HydraGlow Deluxe facial, a 75-minute all-in-one treatment for sun damage, acne, fine lines, enlarged pores and uneven texture; the business calls it its most-loved treatment. Other facials include the Signature Facial, Diamond Microdermabrasion, Stem Cell Nano Infusion and a Glass Skin Facial. Microchanneling uses small needles with an AnteAge solution followed by LED light, and the Lymphatic Drainage Massage follows the Dr. Vodder method. A Teen Facial uses products suited to younger skin.

Permanent makeup services include lip blush, powder brows and a refresh for powder brows that have faded. A free 30-minute consultation lets clients ask questions first, and a touch-up for lip blush or powder brows is booked during the first visit. The Village Skin Society membership allows one discounted booking per month, with 15 percent off one full-length service and retail products each month; it covers facial and esthetic services with Erin and Annabelle but not massage, express facials or lash and brow tints.
