The color menu runs from a temporary gloss or toner, which adds shine and depth and softens unwanted warmth, through single-process base and all-over color to partial and full highlights. Face frame highlights are placed around the hairline. A bleach and tone lightens all hair to one shade from roots to ends and can take about eight hours depending on length. A bleach and tone retouch maintains that result, but roots longer than half an inch need the full bleach and tone instead. A free color consultation is offered, and its cost is credited toward the service you book.

Extension work uses Philocaly hair extensions. Options include clip-in installation with styling, move-ups and installs priced per row for standard extensions, and tape extensions priced per bag with a deposit. Removal is available alone or with styling, and a free 30-minute extension consultation is offered. Plain removal does not include a wash and blow dry.

Treatments use Wella K-18, a two-step repair or moisturizing service finished with a blow-dry and style. The styling menu includes blow dry and style, a women's cut that starts with an in-depth consultation, and bang trims for clients with bangs.

Booking details: a credit card secures every appointment, and clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a 50% fee.
