It involves choosing the diameter, length and curl of each extension for the individual client. Extensions come in synthetic, the most popular option and lightweight and soft, or silk, which is made of the same material as synthetic but tapers toward the tip for a darker look. Clients are sent home with a lash cleanser for removing eye makeup and cleansing the lash line.

Bookings are made online, and clients who cannot find a time that suits them can join a waitlist. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks, and extensions older than three and a half weeks need a full new set.
