The salon's philosophy is that hair should suit the individual client rather than follow one standard approach. Each artist manages their own services, pricing, schedule and client relationships, so prices and hours can vary by stylist.
Haircuts can be booked online through Mangomint. Color, treatments, styling and other services are requested through a service request form, and a stylist follows up. Clients can contact a preferred stylist directly, or reach the salon for general guidance by text or phone at 213-250-0900, which the salon says is the quickest way to get a response.
Hours run Tuesday through Sunday from 11am to 7pm, though these vary depending on the stylist. All color services are priced a la carte, and the salon carries home care product lines.
Each stylist works on an individual basis, with hair shaped around the client rather than a single standard.
