The hair menu includes cuts and styles, shampoo sets, detail sets, relaxers and retouches (which include a reconstructor, conditioner and trim), and virgin relaxers. Color options are highlights, semi color, color rinse and permanent color, with other color work available by consulting a stylist. Condition treatments such as moisturizer, reconstructor and emergency scalp treatment can be added to most services, though not to relaxers. Hot press styling covers press and curl, ceramic infusion for natural hair and Keration blow outs. Weave services include quick weaves, sew-ins and ponytails. Eyebrow work is done by waxing or razor, and the waxing menu covers lip, chin, full face, underarm, arm, half leg, full leg, bikini, full leg bikini and Brazilian. Lash extensions are offered in strip or individual styles, and facials are available.

A no chip gel manicure includes a dry manicure and shaping, with nail art as an extra. Repairs cover three or five nails with a balance, or a soak off.

Special packages include bridal packages starting at $250, which include shampoo and style, polish for the bridal party, a gift for the bride and light refreshments. Girls Night Out and Lil Ladies Day Out packages bundle shampoo and style, manicures and pedicures, and light refreshments, with Lil Ladies Day Out also including a gift for the birthday girl. Hair on the GO brings stylists to the client's location. Funeral packages start at $85 and include hair styling, makeup, nails and hair extensions if needed, and the salon also provides services for the deceased.

Booking details: a $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of appointment, within 30 days. Funeral and other special services require a $25 deposit at consultation. Rescheduling within 24 hours carries a $25 fee, which must be paid before rescheduling. Arriving 15 minutes after the appointment time makes a client a walk-in, who may need to reschedule. Services not on the booking cannot be added on due to client volume. Weave, chemical and color services are not offered after 7:00 pm. Children are welcome only when they are being serviced, extra guests are not allowed during appointments, and no food or drink is allowed apart from water. Cash is preferred, Cash App is also accepted, and a 10% senior discount is offered. Prices are subject to change at the manager's discretion.

G2 Gemelos Braiding Boutique sits next door and offers braids, loc maintenance, hair take-downs and natural hair care. Its prices are firm, children are only allowed when receiving a service, and appointments can be booked around the clock on Booksy. Shampooing for G2 clients is available through the salon for an extra cost, Tuesday through Saturday. G2 is seeking licensed braiders and says it is willing to certify braiders.

Combines traditional salon services with natural hair care, and the salon also develops its own hair care products.
