Color is a major part of the menu. Options include root retouches, single process color, partial and full highlights, and a service that blends foils with balayage. Corrective color, which works on the results of earlier dye jobs, is the longest color appointment at around three hours. Fantasy color is priced by the job.

The salon also sends stylists out for in-home haircare aimed at seniors, along with general house calls. Changes or cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service price. Deposits cannot be reclaimed or passed to someone else. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled, modified or returned for a refund.
