It is applied with a microneedling device that creates micro-channels in the scalp. Sessions take about 30 to 45 minutes, usually four spaced four to six weeks apart, followed by one maintenance session a year. Visible changes in density and scalp health are typically noticed two to three months after the first treatment, and the business says the serum has been shown to support hair growth and improve hair quality.
