Stylists are paid through bonuses tied to guest satisfaction, referrals and teamwork rather than commission or booth rent. Stylists complete the salon's in-house training program, and newer team members are licensed cosmetologists enrolled in its Skill-Certification Program.

New guests book a Consultation with their first appointment, and consultations are complimentary for everyone. Guests are welcome to see more than one stylist. Haircuts include a stress-relieving treatment with Aveda Compositions, then shampoo, light conditioning and a blow-dry style, and bang trims are free for existing guests.

Highlights and demi-color are done with Aveda haircolor. Demi-color is ammonia-free and 99% plant and flower derived, but it conditions rather than lightens and does not fully cover grey. Permanent touch-ups suit single-process color without highlights, virgin permanent gives first-time color clients all-over color, and corrective color requires a consultation.

The salon offers Great Lengths and HairTalk extensions. Great Lengths bonds to the hair with a polymer attachment set by an applicator, and an expert can remove it. Lacing, tape-in and woven Great Lengths extensions require a consultation. Bridal and event services are arranged through the Event Coordinator.
