Clients book by calling the studio rather than online. Appointments are confirmed by text 48 hours ahead. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the reserved service amount, and no-shows are charged the full amount. A cell phone number and credit card are kept on file at booking. The studio is open Tuesday 9:30 to 6:00, Wednesday 9:30 to 7:00, Thursday 8:00 to 7:00, Friday 9:30 to 6:00 and Saturday 8:00 to 3:00.
