The studio is led by its owner and president, Antoinette Baez, who had the space renovated after the studio was formed, adding separate areas so clients can have privacy during their visit.
Appointment prices are starting prices, and the final price is set after a consultation. Hair length, thickness and texture can also change the price. Regular clients can ask about discounts. Walk-in men's haircuts are a flat $25 and need no appointment, and a free neck cleanup is included between walk-in cuts.
The studio says its service is exceptional and its prices are good value, and it describes its parking as the best in town. Those are the business's own claims.
Staff are chosen for experience, creativity and rapport with clients, and the studio invests in ongoing education for its team, aiming for high-end results at reasonable prices.
