Color options range from men's color and grey blending to custom glosses, low lights, root touch-ups, vivid refreshes and lightening. Balayage and foil highlights are offered in face-frame, T-line, partial and full-head versions, and most of these include a custom gloss. Lightening combined with a vivid overlay is quoted according to hair length and the products used.

The salon is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and closed Tuesday and Sunday. Hours differ by day, with Thursday the longest. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice. Later cancellations are charged half the service cost, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full price. Cancellations should not be sent by email. Several services require a deposit, and repeated late cancellations or reschedules of the same appointment lead to a 20 percent deposit before further bookings.
