Brow services include shaping, colour and a brow lift. The lift uses a keratin-infused formula to set brow hairs upward and outward, and results typically last 4 to 6 weeks depending on hair type. Brow and lash colour use custom-blended all-natural vegetable tints; the studio says the lash colour is suitable for sensitive eyes. Brow colour is only booked as an add-on to a brow shape, and lash colour is booked the same way. Clients who shape their brows here are asked to keep their brow care with Tamara.
Makeup work includes makeup application, which must be prepaid to secure an accepted request, and a one-hour private one-on-one makeup masterclass that requires full payment at booking. The studio also runs a Micro-Boutique private shopping session with a one-on-one walk-through of products selected for the client. Beauty Concierge personal shopping is offered to existing clients: Tamara sources the products, packages them and delivers them, so the client does not need to attend. Virtual Beauty Concierge appointments are open to established clients, and new clients start with a 30-minute in-studio consultation.
Clients travel to the studio from around the world and often book months ahead. Press coverage from 2018 and 2019 describes the studio's microblading and makeup application.
Booking is online only; the studio does not take appointments by email or phone. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled online at least 3 days ahead to avoid a charge. Arriving more than 10 minutes late counts as a no-show, and a $200 fee applies to a no-show or to a missed cancellation window. After two or more no-shows, clients can no longer pre-book, and unpaid fees block future bookings. Clients who pay in cash receive a 10% discount, and all sales are final. The studio is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Work is built around each client's features and taste, using gentle shaping methods and all-natural vegetable tints. The studio's makeup philosophy puts the person wearing the look ahead of the makeup itself.
