About
Tamara Palumbo is the founder and CEO of FringeBrow. She has worked with clients of all ages and nationalities, and has travelled internationally for bridal work, fashion shows and red carpet events.
She is known for full, natural-looking brows that frame the face, built around a signature framing technique. Her work includes eyebrow shaping and makeup application, and press coverage from 2018 and 2019 describes her microblading. A 2020 press article names a conditioner she recommended for thin brows, Revitalash Revitabrow.
She also provides one-on-one training to artists hired at the studio. Her celebrity clients include Allison Williams, Jennifer Lopez, Beyonce and Hayden Panettiere.
