Color work covers gloss and toner, root retouches, all-over color, grey coverage add-ons and a mini retouch that colors only the part and hairline. Signature Lived-In Color includes customized lightening such as balayage or foiling, a gloss, and a haircut or conditioning treatment. For blonding, Full Custom Specialty Blonding uses two bowls of lightener with toner and Olaplex, and techniques include balayage, foilyage, teasy lights and hand painting. Partial and full highlights are also offered, with Olaplex and toner included; the partial highlight does not include balayage or hand painting.

Haircuts include a Signature Haircut with shampoo, blow-dry and a finished style, and a Tone and Treat Haircut that combines a cut, a gloss or toner, and a deep conditioning treatment. Haircuts are not combined with lightening services. A haircut can be added to a color appointment at a lower price, but only when a color service is booked with it. The Signature Curl Experience is built for curly hair and includes a curl cut, a deep conditioning treatment and styling guidance. Extensions are offered, including Invisible Bead Extensions, which are typically maintained every 6-8 weeks. Blowouts and formal upstyles with curling, pinning and a custom updo are also available; bridal styling is not included.

Clients should know a few booking details before they visit. A credit card secures each appointment, and cancellations need at least 3 days notice. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours or missed for late arrival carry a charge of 50% of the booked services. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean some services are dropped, and arriving more than 20 minutes late means the services cannot be completed. Services are non-refundable, and concerns about a cut or color must be raised within 7 days of the visit. Retail products can be exchanged for credit within 30 days of purchase. Extension consultations require a deposit equal to half the agreed price, which is forfeited for changes or cancellations within 72 hours. Prices are starting prices, and additional charges may apply for hair length and density on several color, highlight and blowout services.
