Prices follow a Stylist Level System, so the same service is priced by the level of the stylist who performs it. A women's haircut with blow dry starts at $65 at Level 1, $75 at Level 2 and $85 and up at Level 3. Men's haircuts run $35 at Level 1 and $45 and up at Level 3. Teen's and kid's cuts are also tiered by level. Balayage is listed at $200 at Level 2 and $250 at Level 3, and full custom highlights range from $180 to $220 across the first three levels.

The color menu covers hairline color, root touch-ups, face frame highlights, partial and full foil highlights, balayage, toner or gloss, root shadow or smudge work and basebreak. Color services are finished with a haircut or an add-on blowout, so clients do not leave with wet hair. New color clients complete a consultation and a new client request form before booking. The salon asks clients to wash their hair 12 to 24 hours before a color appointment and to wait at least 48 hours after color before washing again.

Luxury hair extensions are offered using tape-ins, K-tips and hand-tied wefts, chosen around each client's hair goals, lifestyle and maintenance preferences. A personalized consultation is required first, and extension pricing is set at that consultation.

Fringe Bridal brings the team to the client to do hair for the bride and her party. Pricing is based on a consultation, and a travel fee applies depending on the event location. The salon asks for the date, location and number of people in the party when an inquiry is sent in.

Rx treatments include Keratin Express, a one-hour service that reduces frizz while keeping some volume and body, lasting six to eight weeks and starting at $140. The Trissola smoothing treatment, $350 at every level, lasts three to five months and is finished with a blowout. Makeup services include eyes-only and full face makeup and lash add-ons, priced the same at every level.

Services are non-refundable. Clients can take a PRO-scription card listing the products used or have them emailed with a link to the online store. Gift cards are bought by phone and sent as a printable file. The salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

The salon says it puts training in current trends and techniques first, and all stylists attend the same color and cutting classes.
