The salon's stated aim is to make each appointment feel special for the client's hair. Emily has trained at the Vidal Sassoon Academy, earning its certification in 2024, and has further studied at the academy's New York City campus. Her Sassoon Haircut uses a shampoo, precision cut, smooth blowout and flat iron finish.

The menu is organized around hair services. Cuts range from quick bang trims and clipper cuts to curly cuts that include a wash and diffuse. Color options run from partial fashion color and gloss to custom dimensional highlights, balayage and heavier Babylight blonding, most with a gloss and metal detox included. Curl Cult treatments include a crown perm, bang reforming, a customizable curl or wave system and a longer-lasting curl reforming service.

Booking rules are set out clearly. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged half of the scheduled service. Each client may reschedule once with proper notice; after that, future bookings require a 50% nonrefundable deposit, which is applied to the service total on the day. Arriving more than 15 minutes late means rescheduling. Cash payments receive 10% off the total, and referrals earn both the referrer and the new client 20% off their next service. A correction fee may apply to fixing hair done elsewhere, based on the time and product needed.

The salon aims to make every appointment feel special for each client's hair, with a consultation available before booking.
