A visit starts with a consultation, where the stylist hears what the guest wants, assesses hair type and plans the color. Guests can bring an inspiration photo to that conversation, and if they have none, the stylists can help find one. New guests can also take an online matchmaking quiz to be paired with a stylist suited to their hair goals and preferences. The salon describes itself as keeping up with current trends and proven techniques, and it uses only products the team knows and trusts, so outside hair care products are not used.

Guests are asked to arrive on time with clean hair. After a chemical service, they should wait 48 hours before shampooing and conditioning. All color services add about 30 minutes of processing time. Partial and full highlights are best maintained every 6 to 10 weeks, and a mini highlight can be booked no sooner than 6 to 8 weeks after a partial or full highlight. Extension clients need a consultation before their first service. Prices are subject to change.
