The care model combines functional medicine, holistic therapies and conventional medicine into a personalized plan built around health history, genetics, lifestyle and goals. Treatment follows a six-step framework the practice calls the Six Stepping Stones to Wellness, which moves through detoxification, hormone balancing, stress management, whole nutrition, exercise and nervous system health.

Before booking care, prospective patients can take a free 15-minute discovery call to talk through their health concerns. Primary care covers acute and sick visits, annual checkups, chronic disease management, pain management, school and work physicals, pharmaceutical care, telemedicine, same-day or next-day urgent appointments, abscess drainage, and suture and staple removal. Routine labs and personalized IV therapy carry an extra out-of-pocket fee on top of membership fees.

The direct primary care membership is a flat monthly fee. Members receive unlimited appointments and support, discounted supplements and unlimited infrared sauna access, and they can use their insurance for prescription medications.

Freedom Integrative Cancer Center is a separate site in Fort Mill that serves the Charlotte area. Its therapies are meant to complement conventional cancer treatment rather than replace oncology care, and the center does not provide direct oncology care. Patients begin with a consultation to review their history, current treatments and goals, and therapies can be used during chemotherapy or radiation once the patient's medical team has reviewed them. The team also gives speaking and educational presentations on functional and integrative medicine to healthcare professionals, organizations and community groups.

Aims at the root causes of illness rather than symptoms alone, pairing natural and conventional medicine in plans shaped by each person's history and goals.
