Joanie Jackson, FNP-C

Joanie Jackson founded Freedom Integrative Wellness in Fort Mill, SC. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with almost 20 years of clinical experience in cardiac and progressive care, neurosurgical intensive care, primary care and functional medicine. Integrative oncology is her main clinical focus, with patients before, during and after cancer treatment. Her advanced integrative oncology training came through the Metabolic Terrain Institute of Health under Dr. Nasha Winters. She continues advanced study in metabolic and integrative oncology and holds both mistletoe therapy certification and advanced ozone therapy certification. She speaks on functional and integrative medicine to healthcare professionals, organizations and community groups, and presented at the 2026 NCIMS Synergy Conference on functional medicine in patient care.
