The salon is organized around several service groups: cuts such as trims, haircuts, blow dries, flatiron work, roller, rod and twist sets, shampoo and style, formal styling and bridal packages; color services from subtle refinement to full transformations; relaxer treatments including keratin and straightening systems; and weave services covering installs, removals, re-bonding and silk press styling. Extension add-ons, makeup and eyelash application, and wedding services, including a wedding trial look, are offered too. Many relaxer, weave and wedding services are priced after a consultation, and the salon says every service requires one to set the exact price.

Color services list recommended maintenance intervals, from four to six weeks for subtle refinement to nine to fifteen weeks for revitalization. Color maintenance requires enough booking time, and insufficient time may lead to cancellation and fees. Enchanted color transformation includes lightening, while subtle refinement does not.

Clients can book Pop Up Parlour, which brings hair and makeup to them through house calls or on-site work, and beauty seminars in hair and makeup from beginner to advanced, held at the salon or at a client's location. Photo shoot packages include hair and makeup, and hair and makeup can also be booked for clients who bring their own photographer.

The salon's policies are straightforward: appointments are confirmed 48 hours ahead, changes or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice carry a $50 late notice fee, and no-shows are charged 25% of the reserved service price. A credit card is required for multiple services, combos and last-minute bookings, and it can hold the appointment time. Salon services are not refunded, and concerns must be raised within two days of the appointment. Approved alterations are made at no cost within two days of the original visit, with the original stylist, after the hair has been inspected.

Hours are Wednesday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM.
