Posh Salon Studios is owned and operated by salon professionals. Its stated aim is to give stylists, estheticians, medical spa professionals, brow and lash technicians, massage therapists and other health and beauty professionals the chance to be their own bosses. The business says it was the first to bring salon studios to Columbia.

Suites come in single, double and triple layouts and are fully customizable. Each one comes standard with the furniture and equipment needed for the work, including a styling chair, shampoo bowl, mirror and one or two dryers depending on the suite. Suites have privacy glass doors, and the studios are described as spacious and boutique-style, arranged to feel intimate and community-minded.

Tenants get secure 24/7 access with security cameras and keyless entry, a private break lounge with a microwave and sink, and free Wi-Fi and utilities. Clients have ample parking, and a full-time concierge directs them to their suites. Laundry service and carryout delivered to suites are included, and studio owners receive a complimentary lunch each month.

Studio tenants each receive a profile and a services page on the business website. Prospective tenants can ask for a studio tour through the lease page. The Snowden River Parkway site faces Lincoln Tech and shares its shopping center with Brian's Beauty Supply.
