The salon says it aims for a relaxed visit with classic and creative hair styling, and it commits to ongoing education so that clients get current techniques and looks. Cuts and colors are shaped with each client to fit their own look rather than a set formula.

Corrective and creative color is only booked after a consultation, and is priced at $100 per hour. Standard color services include tints, single process color, partial and full highlights, partial and full balayage, bleach and tone work and highlights with a base, with pricing listed from a starting point. Haircuts start at $100, and treatments, shampoo and blowouts and special occasion updos are also offered.

Wedding services include bridesmaid and bride's hair and makeup, plus hair and makeup trials. Onsite wedding work adds parking, mileage and tolls to the fee.

Booking policies: the salon asks for 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the service price, and clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. New clients booking appointments longer than 2 hours pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service price.
