Bookings are made by time, not by add-on services. A 15-minute consultation can be held by FaceTime video or phone with the stylist of your choice, booked by text, and it is recommended before four-hour services. Session times can shift after the consultation, depending on the time booked, the cut, creative work and color challenges. Every color service includes a blow dry and style.

First-time curly cutting clients have three starting points: a two-hour dry curly cut with cleanse, diffuse and at-home care education; a three-hour dry curly cut with a tint touch-up, some highlights or hair painting; or a four-hour dry curly cut with full highlights or hair painting. Future appointment timing is discussed at the end of that first visit.

Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours notice by call or text. Later changes are charged 100% of the hourly time booked to the card on file. Concerns about a cut or color should be reported within seven days of the visit, and corrections are made at no charge within 14 days of the original appointment date. Complimentary services are not offered for a change of mind or direction on a haircut or color.
