Visits take place in a private studio with its own entrance and restroom. Guests park in the driveway for free and text on arrival, and staff walk them to the studio. There is no waiting area, and only guests receiving services may be inside, so children who are not booked need childcare arranged in advance. The business says it follows strict sanitation and hygiene standards.

Head spa sessions come in several lengths. The Quick Escape is 60 minutes at $150 solo or $300 duo, and covers scalp analysis, a detox cleanse, scalp massage, a hydrotherapy waterfall and red and blue light therapy. The Do Not Disturb is 70 minutes at $180 solo or $360 duo, and adds oxygen infusion, a facial mask, facial massage and cryotherapy ice globes. The Unreachable is 90 minutes at $215 solo or $430 duo, and adds hot stones for the upper body. The After Glow is 75 minutes with a professional blow-dry at $270 solo or $540 duo, and a version with a customized precision haircut and blow-dry is $300. Pixie cuts and men's haircut styles are not offered with the haircut version. Each service begins with a detailed scalp analysis, and the spa beds fully recline with kneading and rolling massage settings for the back.

Custom color appointments can take 3 to 5 hours. Head spa sessions can be booked alongside color. Lightening services include toner at no separate charge. Commonly cited timing is 5 to 8 months for balayage, 8 to 12 weeks or longer for dimensional blonde, and 4 to 6 weeks between root touch-ups.

The studio does not offer traditional keratin treatments. Its Permanent Nanoplasty Straightening is formaldehyde-free with a vegan formula, and needs no special shampoo or multi-day waiting period. Extra-long hair below the waist may add $50 to $100.

Appointments are booked through the online system and typically fill five to seven days ahead, though guests can text the studio about last-minute openings. Tone adjustments can be requested within six days of an appointment. Gift cards are sold through the booking site. Guests 8 and older may attend with a parent or guardian and must book a duo session, and solo appointments for minors are not offered. Pregnant guests may receive treatments, as the beds lie fully flat.
