Changing or canceling an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice incurs a charge of 50% of the booked total, and a missed appointment is charged in full. Color corrections, extensions, keratin or smoothing services, and sessions lasting three hours or more may need 48 hours' notice along with a deposit. Reserving requires a valid credit or debit card, and payment is collected when the visit ends. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, debit cards, and cash are accepted, but American Express is not.
