Appointments take place at a home, hotel, Airbnb or office, provided the building's own rules allow it and the space has a comfortable chair near a power outlet and a flat surface for products. In Miami the service area covers Brickell, Coral Gables, Miami Beach and the wider South Florida area. Services are grouped into hair, makeup, add-ons and combined packages.

Booking is open every day of the year, including holidays, from 6am to 8pm, and requests outside those hours can be made through the business, which checks availability. Clients can book by text, WhatsApp, email or the website, then choose a city and service, pick a preferred Pro and pay to confirm. Reservations can be made up to a day ahead, though booking a week in advance is recommended to secure a time.
