City Glow was co-founded by Elena Kolpakova, Anastasia Anfalova and Svetlana Kastoun. About

Facials start with a skin consultation. The Glow Maintenance Facial runs 60 minutes for $120, and the Advanced Deep Facial runs 90 minutes for $150, including deep cleansing, manual extractions, targeted masks and a mild peel chosen after the consultation. Nanoneedling / Microneedling, priced at $210, uses ultra-fine needles as a collagen-stimulating treatment. The Endospheres Facial is also offered, which the salon says lifts and sculpts the complexion without downtime. The salon recommends a professional facial every four to six weeks to maintain results.

Lash extensions begin with a consultation to choose length, curl and volume, and use lightweight premium fibers with isolation techniques. A New Client Special Classic Full Set is $145 for first-time guests, a Classic Full Set is $185 and a Hybrid / Volume Full Set is $220. Lash fills are recommended every two to three weeks. Russian manicures are provided by The Glow Gloss, an exclusive partner of the salon, and are completely dry, using an e-file instead of soaking. Dry manicures without polish are $60, dry gel manicures are $100 and the Smart Russian Gel Pedicure is $100, with results typically lasting three to four weeks without chipping. Spray tans are custom and hand-sprayed with Norvell solutions: the Custom Spray Tan is $60 and develops over 8 to 12 hours, and the Rapid Spray Tan is $70 and can be rinsed after one to four hours. Tans typically last seven to 10 days with proper care.

Body treatments use ultrasound cavitation and radio frequency technology. Cavitation Body Contouring is $145 for 60 minutes, the Anticellulite Body Wrap is $120 for 60 minutes and includes a 15-minute facial massage, and Lymphatic Drainage RF Massage is $100 for 60 minutes. For structural changes, the salon recommends a package of six to eight sessions spaced about a week apart, and asks clients to drink at least two liters of water on the day of and the day after a treatment. Waxing uses low-temperature hard wax with botanical ingredients and is followed by fragrance-free products to calm the skin. Deep Bikini is $45, Brazilian Bikini is $55 and Full Legs is $60. Hair should be at least 1/4 inch long before waxing, and clients are asked to wait 48 hours before exfoliating. Memberships include the Longevity Facial Club, one facial a month for $90, and the Spray Tan Club, two custom spray tans a month for $90. Both require an initial six-month commitment, then move to a month-to-month plan that can be cancelled at any time. Unused credits roll over to the next month, and after cancelling, remaining credits can be used for six more months. Longevity Facial Club credit can also be applied to services such as lash extensions, waxing or body contouring. The salon also publishes a blog called The Glow Journal with beauty tips and treatment guides.

Clients should use the entrance on SE 14th Street and arrive five to 10 minutes early to find parking. Valet parking at the building is available for approximately $20. Self-parking is in the Brickell Arch Garage on SE 14th Street, and metered street parking is nearby, with more availability typically on SE 15th Road.
