Services fall into two groups. Lash work covers full sets, fills and the Feather Set, in styles that include Classic, Hybrid, Volume, Light Volume, Mega Volume, Rainbow, Cat Eye, L Curl and Wispy. Waxing covers lips, eyebrows, underarms and the full face, and full face waxing is done with hot wax over the forehead, brows, sideburns, cheeks, lip and chin.

Fills are booked on a set schedule after the initial set: seven days for the 1 Week Mini Fill, 14 days for the 2 Weeks Regular Fill and 21 days for the 3 Weeks Full Fill. Each fill type has a minimum lash retention level it must meet. Going past the fill window means a new set and an additional charge.

Visitors should arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, mascara, or creams and oils around the eye area. Guests, children, babies and pets are not permitted during lash services, and phone calls or work calls and Zoom meetings are also not allowed while the lash service is underway.

Pricing includes a few packages. The Forever Pass is $160 and covers unlimited lash fills per month. A first-time full set in any style is $240 and includes eyebrow and lip waxing plus the first one-week fill. Under the bring-a-friend invitation, two people booking volume full sets together each pay $175. Gratuity is not included in prices and is appreciated; for the Feather Set and the Forever Pass it is never expected.

Lash work is organized around scheduled fills, with clear timing and retention standards for each fill type.
