The salon describes its space as clean, elegant and comfortable. It is open Monday through Sunday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Appointments are secured with a deposit, and a booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The deposit is non-refundable and goes toward the remaining balance, which is due when the service is finished.

Service times are estimates that depend on hair length, thickness, density, condition and style complexity. Clients who find braids too tight or uncomfortable should say so during the appointment. Problems with a finished style should be reported within 48 hours, and minor adjustments are considered case by case.

Changes need at least 24 hours' notice to keep the deposit. Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late may have the appointment shortened, adjusted or canceled, and a late fee may apply. A no-show without prior notice forfeits the deposit. Adult appointments are limited to the client receiving services, while children may be accompanied by one parent or responsible adult. Photos of finished hairstyles may be taken for the portfolio and social media with the client's permission.
