Most visits begin with a free in-studio consultation of about 30 minutes, where goals are reviewed and a service is recommended. A consent form and medical history form are completed at that stage. Brow designs are first sketched in pencil so the client can see the shape before anything is done. If a client books during the consultation, a $75 fee is applied to the service.

Brow options include ombre powder brows, which create a powdery makeup look for sparse or over-plucked brows, and Nano Hairstrokes, which place pigment with a nano machine. Lip blush gives a sheer tint and evens out uneven tone, while lip neutralization offers fuller, more opaque coverage on darker or uneven lips. Classic and top lashline eyeliner frame the eyes, with topical anesthetic applied before and during the procedure. Fine line minimalist tattoos are small body art pieces up to 3 inches. UNDO is a non-laser removal option offered as emergency removal for recent brow work, lightening and removal for older permanent makeup, or a three-session package.

Correction and cover-up work for permanent makeup done by another artist begins with a consultation and needs an Acuity intake plus makeup-free front and profile photos before booking. Touch-ups are recommended about once a year, are priced by the time since the last session, and are only for existing clients; work older than 3 years is treated as a new set. Bookings are made through Acuity with a non-refundable booking fee. The remaining balance is paid by Zelle or cash, while major credit cards are accepted for the deposit only.
