The studio grew out of facial work that started in 2017, and since 2020 the menu has expanded to include permanent cosmetics, sugaring and customized facials.

Facials are the core of the menu, ranging from a short skin consultation and a new-client facial with consult to a 60-minute customized facial (The Signature) and a 90-minute version with an advanced treatment phase and extended massage (The Works). Other facials include hydrodermabrasion, which the studio describes as suited to all skin types including sensitive or acne-prone skin, NanoGlow, dermaplaning, a back facial and an LED session.

Advanced skincare covers microneedling with LED included, a light chemical peel and RF microneedling. Laser services, including IPL photorejuvenation, laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, RF microneedling and vascular treatments, are performed at Elevated Image and Primary Care Clinic, where pricing varies. Requests for laser and advanced treatments are made through the website.

Tattoo services include ombre powder brows, permanent eyeliner, patchwork and line tattoos, and cosmetic tattoo touch-ups. Custom or flash designs are accepted for pieces up to 4 inches.

Booking is online and requires a deposit. New clients complete a consent form for the service they book, and health updates are reviewed during the consultation. Minors need a parent or guardian to complete a parental consent form in person at the appointment. Returning clients who book a different service fill out only that service's consent form, while those rebooking the same service, such as tattoo touch-ups or wax maintenance, don't need new forms. SMS and email are available for general questions and availability.

Services are built around the individual client, with consent forms and health updates reviewed before any treatment.
