Fleur Beauty Studio was established in 2020 and is led by its founder and lead artist, Mervat. The studio works both in its Reston space and at client locations across the region. It says it has worked at hotels, historic venues, wineries and gardens in the area, including The Riggs Hotel, The Ritz-Carlton Tysons, Rust Manor House and Meadowlark Botanical Gardens. Weekend studio time is limited and is usually reserved for on-location wedding services. During peak wedding season, on-site micro-wedding services are generally limited to locations within 20 miles of the studio, and the studio says it can quote travel beyond that radius.

The salon states it has been recognized as award-winning, citing six Best of Weddings awards from The Knot and six Couples' Choice awards from WeddingWire. It also says Washingtonian Magazine featured it as a best wedding vendor. Bridal trials are offered for hair, makeup or both so a client can preview the look before the wedding day, and airbrush foundation can be added to makeup services.
