First-time and long-gap clients are asked to send a photo of their hair and the look they want when booking. Clients who have gone more than two months without treatment may need several hours, and those who have not had their hair done in six months or more should expect long appointments. Bookings are confirmed by a follow-up text, and clients who cannot find an open time can text the salon to request one. Last-minute appointments can also be arranged that way or by phone.

Color is a large part of the menu, from single process color and root touch-ups to balayage, ombre and full highlights. Freehand balayage is offered for a face-framing, sun-kissed effect, and highlight creative panels add one to five highlights to show off a cut. Between full color services, hairline color and hairline highlight maintenance can be booked, and Color Wow products can cover in-between color.

Hair additions include sew-in weaves, tape extensions, microbeads, clip-in extensions and braiding, with a consultation for each. Weaves typically last two to four months, tape extensions two to three months and microbeads four to six months. The salon recommends keeping a weave in for no more than four months, with a takedown appointment for scalp health, and washing it every two to three weeks. Custom wigs are made to match a chosen style, with complimentary fittings for wigs bought from the salon and a fitting fee for wigs bought elsewhere. Clients who want the salon to come to them can book flights and hotels through its Vagaro listing; gas is charged by distance.

The Apprentice Support Program gives people pursuing a salon career a 30-hour work allocation, an educational resource and help preparing for the state board exam. The studio describes itself as a community of artists that collaborates on events, pop-up shops and projects, and it offers booth rental to freelance hairstylists with station access and shampoo bowls. Hair and makeup classes are listed as coming soon. Hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, closed Sunday and Monday.
