Clients arrive with hair fully detangled, and extra guests and children are not allowed during appointments. Color services, MicroLinks and custom installs require a virtual or in-person consultation first. Add-ons must be chosen at the time of booking, and clients are asked to use headphones for loud videos or calls. Hair is included with most high-ticket services.

Hours run Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 4:30pm and Saturday from 9:30am to 4:30pm. The salon also runs an online education platform for stylists with courses, e-books and tutorials, including a 13-minute Universal Pixie Cut lesson. Products are also sold through an Amazon storefront and subscriptions.
