Visits take place in a quiet, private studio on East Colonial Drive, where only the client and their artist are in the treatment room. Weekday appointments run from 8 AM to 11 AM on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, Saturday Glam Sessions run from 9 AM to 6 PM, and the studio is closed on Tuesdays and Sundays. A free 25-minute consultation over Zoom or FaceTime is available before booking, with no deposit or charge.

Brows are shaped by hand to each client's face rather than to a stencil, then mapped and reviewed with the client. Nothing permanent begins until the client is comfortable with the design, and a topical numbing agent is used during permanent makeup services. Previous permanent makeup must be evaluated before a new brow service is booked, and color correction and saline removal of existing permanent makeup are offered, sometimes after an assessment.

Microblading and microshading use an all-natural, plant-based pigment. Deposits are part of the service price and are taken at booking; microblading deposits are $100 and are non-refundable, and a missed appointment or late cancellation can mean losing the deposit. Children under 16 cannot be in the treatment room, so childcare needs to be arranged in advance. After microblading, makeup should stay off the healing brow and heavy sweating should be avoided early on. The studio also sells its own collection of luxury mink lashes.
