Flair & Fringe is a hair coloration bar on Wilshire Boulevard in Santa Monica. It is open Tuesday through Sunday, with Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons, Thursday and Sunday shorter days, and Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM. The bar is closed on Mondays.

Each hair service starts with a complimentary consultation. The stylist talks through hair type, face shape and budget, then covers the color, the cut and the prices before anything is done. When a consultation is booked with a service, about three hours are set aside.

The menu covers cuts from a quick trim and a clipper cut to designer shaping, with separate options for curly hair and for children up to age 13. Color options include all-over color, root touch-ups, gloss, root and color refreshes, and bleach touch-ups, plus a highlights add-on for brightness. Treatments include keratin, express keratin, a hydration add-on, tangle maintenance, blowouts and up-dos. A service called Made an Oopsie starts at $0 and runs 90 minutes or more.

Booking policies are set out in advance. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment carry a 20% fee, and a no-show carries a 50% fee; exceptions may be considered case by case. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount and are final sale. Payments are accepted, and the cancellation policy and Buy Now, Pay Later sign-up are listed on the booking site.
