The room is roomy and kept tidy, with wood and leather furnishings, soft music and soft lighting. The salon cleans the space and sanitizes equipment every day, uses sterilized tools, and gives each pedicure client a single-use pedicure kit.

The menu is grouped into Nail Care, Nail Enhancement, Waxing and Tinting. Nail Care covers basic maintenance, signature treatment, spa treatment and natural gel polish manicures and pedicures, plus Little Misses services for children 12 and under and polish-only and mini polish services for children 7 and under. Nail Enhancement covers acrylic, silk, builder gel, pink and white, and dip and powder dip sets, along with fills, extensions, French tips, fix-ups, nail trims, paraffin, callus treatment and polish changes. A 10-minute massage can be added for $15.

The salon states that its services are performed by licensed technicians and that it uses high-quality products.

Waxing is not offered to clients taking Accutane, Retin-A or any antibiotics, because of skin sensitivity. Clients should wait 24 hours after waxing before sun bathing or using a tanning bed.
