Lash Art Brow

The studio operates as The LAB Loft and sits inside Tempest Salon in downtown San Rafael. Guests come in through the salon, with no check-in desk; the artist comes out to the waiting area at the booked time. Street parking and nearby public lots and garages are available nearby.

Services are grouped into Lashes, Brows, and Beyond, a concierge line. Lash work includes extension sets, fills every few weeks, and lash lifts. Brow work covers shaping, tinting and lamination. Consultations for both are free, in person or by phone, and the business describes its service as personalized, with each appointment designed around the client.

Beyond covers after-hours appointments, travel to clients in Marin County, the wider Bay Area and further afield, IV hydration through a partner, referrals to other beauty and wellness professionals, and custom requests for weddings, photoshoots, events and travel.

Before arriving, clients complete consent forms sent with their booking confirmation. Lash lifts and brow lamination need to stay dry for the first 48 hours. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice; later changes and no-shows are charged the full price of the booked service to the card on file. Guests may bring a friend, partner or family member if they tell the studio in advance. All major credit cards and other secure digital payment methods are accepted.

The studio designs each appointment around the individual client rather than offering one fixed routine.

Treatment beds are plush and heated with pillows and blankets, and the room has a chandelier and calming music.
