Since 2017, the salon has been operating in the North Bay, just north of San Francisco. According to the salon itself, it is a top-tier wax provider in the region. Its hardwax is brought in from Spain and the United Kingdom and is the wax used throughout the service menu.

Brow work is a major focus, with custom hardwax shaping, tinting, a lamination service that straightens brow hairs for up to 12 weeks, and a combined Signature Brow Experience that adds an under-eye treatment and styling. Lash lifts and tints sit alongside, and the makeup menu runs from a quick everyday refresh and event application to a personalized one-on-one lesson and a 75-minute wedding makeup trial in the shop.

Booking has a few firm rules. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice and no-shows are charged the full service price, and cancellations must be made by phone or text since email is not accepted. Arriving more than five minutes late may shorten, change or cancel the appointment, and if that prevents the service, the full price still applies. Full leg waxing is booked as one service rather than as separate upper and lower legs. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment, and gift card sales are final. The salon is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM and Saturday from 10:30 AM to 1 PM, and is closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday.
